1. Black Tea – Fully oxidized, strong, and bold, black tea is commonly consumed with or without milk and sugar. Popular variants include Assam, Darjeeling, and English Breakfast tea.

2. Green Tea – Known for its antioxidants, green tea is minimally processed and has a fresh, grassy flavor. It is often enjoyed plain or with honey and lemon.

2. Regular Black Tea


Preparation: Boil water, add tea leaves (or a tea bag), and steep for 3–5 minutes.

Serving: Serve hot with sugar, honey, or lemon. Can also be served cold as iced tea with mint and lemon.


3. Slim Tea (Herbal Detox Tea)


Preparation: Made with herbs like ginger, cinnamon, fennel, or senna leaves. Steep in hot water for 5–7 minutes.

Serving: Typically consumed warm without sugar, sometimes with a dash of honey.


4. Regular Milk Tea (Chai)


Preparation: Boil water with tea leaves, add milk and sugar, then simmer for a few minutes.

Serving: Served hot, sometimes with spices like cardamom, ginger, or masala for added aroma.

Preparation: Steep black tea leaves in hot water for 3–5 minutes.
